Patricia (“Trish”) brings experience, versatility, and common sense to the practice of law. After two decades of winning commercial, business, and employment litigations, Trish pivoted her practice focus in 2013 to transactional and corporate work, with an emphasis in the hospitality industry. Drawing from her years of contracts and business deals “gone wrong” in litigation, Trish helps her clients close transactions with a keen eye toward risk mitigation and dispute avoidance.
In addition to transactional matters, Trish is a valued advisor to the firm’s corporate clients, acting as outside general counsel to senior management and directors of private and publicly traded companies. Trish also provides those clients with advice and counsel in a variety of employment matters.
Prior to joining Campbell Killin Brittan & Ray LLC, Trish practiced with the several prominent Denver law firms and served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Leonard P. Plank of the Colorado Court of Appeals.
