Born Fargo N.D. in 1956 and raised in Minnesota. Married with four children and two grandchildren. Enjoys travel, hunting, fishing, golf, skiing, biking and trying cases. Bruce has a winning track record spanning over 43 years. He began practicing law in 1981 and has been continually trying cases in federal and state courts in Colorado and across the country, including in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Seattle, since that time. He has defended successful verdicts and challenged decisions on appeal, including in the United States Supreme Court. His experience is wide and varied, but his emphasis is on plaintiffs’ work, ranging from breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and securities fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets and other intellectual property, negligence, and medical, legal and accounting malpractice, all in many different industries and areas of business.
In 14 of the last 25 years, including as recently as 2024, Bruce has won seven- and eight-figure jury verdicts and arbitration awards and numerous six-figure verdicts and awards.
