Andrew is a commercial litigation attorney who provides a broad range of legal services to professionals in a variety of industries. He has spent the entirety of his legal career as a complex civil litigator. Andrew’s practice is focused on the representation of institutional clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including the prosecution and defense of business, financial, and construction related disputes. He regularly represents construction and design professionals in disputes arising from a wide array issues, and assists clients with contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Andrew provides counsel on issues arising throughout the lifetime of construction projects, including preservation of claims and defenses, dispute avoidance, negotiations, and formal and informal dispute resolution. As an experienced litigator, Andrew has appeared in trial and appellate courts at both the state and federal levels.
Andrew also has considerable experience in professional negligence litigation, including the representation of health care entities, mental health providers, physicians, and nurses throughout Colorado. Andrew regularly counsels and represents professionals in disciplinary proceedings brought against them in front of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
During law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Neil Gorsuch at the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Andrew and his wife are the proud parents of three children.
