Caleb’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, where he primarily helps clients navigate management challenges and diverse transactions, including corporate structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, development, borrowing , lending, and leasing. His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, title and due diligence materials, operating agreements, leases, and other commercial contracts.

He earned his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he received the Dean’s Achievement Award for outstanding legal analysis and communication and was recognized for his outstanding legal writing by Texas Law’s Beck Center for Legal, Writing, and Appellate Advocacy. While at Texas, Caleb served as the Articles and Notes Editor of the Texas Environmental Law Journal and as a student attorney in the environmental law clinic.

Caleb also holds a Master in Global Policy Studies with honors from UT Austin and a BA in Anthropology from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. Prior to law school, Caleb served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Republic of Guinea and worked as an implementation project manager in healthcare technology. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing sports and exploring Colorado with his wife, daughter, and dogs.
