Bill’s practice over his 42 years has been varied and successful. His focus is on litigation and primarily represents clients in complex commercial litigation, general tort and product liability matters. He has tried dozens of cases to juries and to the court, in both state and federal venues. He has also represented clients in arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Bill has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, individual and entities throughout his career, and employs a very “hands on” approach to all litigation matters.
